Copenhagen Visiting Weekend May 20-22, 2016

The next overseas Visiting Weekend will take place in Copenhagen from 20-22 May, 2016.


The highlight of the visit will be a tour of the newly refurbished University of Copenhagen Vet School.

In addition there will visits to two other large practices the Karleslunde Hospital and the AniCura Hospital both in the Copenhagen area.

The highlight of the visit will be a tour of the newly refurbished University of Copenhagen Veterinary School.

We will be staying in the Radisson Blu Falconer hotel which is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Vet School and the metro link to the airport. We have been offered a reduced rate at the hotel for all bookings made before April 15, 2016.   • There will be a welcome reception on Friday evening.
  • Saturday morning will be spent at the Vet School and a coach will take us to visit two private veterinary practices in the afternoon.
  • In the evening there will be a dinner in a typical Danish restaurant. 
  • Sunday will be free to visit beautiful Copenhagen.

A visit to the Mermaid Statue is a must  before returning home on Sunday evening.
